When will my order arrive?

We pick and pack within 1–2 business days. Standard transit time is 7–14 business days. Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Use your tracking ID (e.g., WSD2612083102US) to follow progress on our tracking page anytime.

Can I request a refund?

Where do your products come from?

To keep international delivery smooth, we partner with trusted suppliers, artisans, and warehouses in the USA; Asia (Japan, Thailand, South Korea, China); and Europe (Spain, Germany, France). Depending on stock and your address, your order may ship from any of these hubs.
