Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes—worldwide shipping is available where carrier service operates.

How long does delivery take?

Standard transit is generally 7–14 working days after dispatch. Order preparation usually takes 1–2 business days and isn’t included in the transit estimate. External factors (customs, strikes, peak season, weather) can extend timelines.

My tracking number seems inactive. What should I do?

It can take a short time after dispatch for scans to appear. Check again later; if nothing updates for several days, write to us so we can investigate with the carrier.

I’m still waiting for my parcel.

First, review your tracking link. If the parcel is with the carrier, arrange collection or delivery directly with them. If the tracking appears stuck or unclear, contact us and our team will help.

What are the shipping costs?

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150+

• Secured Shipping & Insurance: $7.99 for orders under $150

Any optional express services (when offered) are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email when your parcel ships. You can also follow it from our dedicated tracking page: https://wabi-sabi-decor.com/apps/trackorder. Tracking events may take a little time to populate after the first carrier scan.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Orders to the U.S. typically aren’t subject to import duties; shipments to other countries may incur local taxes or customs charges payable by the recipient. Please check with your local authority before ordering.

What carriers do you use?

We work with major international carriers and local last-mile partners; the method offered at checkout depends on your destination.

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and confirm payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major bank cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay (availability may vary by country).

Yes. Checkout is protected by SSL encryption and reputable payment processors.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We work fast. If your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to modify or cancel it—typically possible within 24 hours of confirmation. Once dispatched, please follow our return process after delivery.

For decor, lighting, and furniture, check the product page for dimensions in cm and inches. Tip: tape out the footprint on your floor/wall to visualize scale before ordering.

Where do your products ship from?

We collaborate with vetted workshops and logistics hubs across Japan, Vietnam, China, Europe, and the United States to ensure reliable international delivery. Fulfillment location depends on the item and stock availability.

Do you offer customization or made-to-order items?

Customization depends on the product. When available, options are clearly listed on the product page (finish, size, or configuration).

What should I expect with natural materials?

Subtle variations in wood grain, stone texture, rattan weave, or ceramic glazing are normal and part of the wabi-sabi character. Follow the care guidance in each product description.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return window?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless we made an error or the item is faulty.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email info@wabi-sabi-decor.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll reply with authorization and instructions. For the fastest exchange, return the original (once authorized) and place a new order.

Do you handle professional or bulk orders?

Yes. For trade pricing, volume orders, or white-label requests, contact us and share your project details (quantities, timeline, shipping location).
