Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how Wabi Sabi Decor prepares, ships, and delivers orders placed on wabi-sabi-decor.com, as well as how to track parcels and what costs may apply.
1. Order preparation
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (business days exclude weekends and public holidays). As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. You can also follow your parcel any time on our tracking page: wabi-sabi-decor.com/apps/trackorder.
2. Delivery timeframes
Standard transit times to the United States and most international destinations are typically 7–14 working days from dispatch. These estimates do not include the 1–2 day preparation period. External factors (customs checks, carrier network disruptions, severe weather, strikes, or peak seasons) may extend delivery and are outside our control.
3. Shipping costs
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $150+ (where service is available).
- Secured Shipping & Insurance for orders under $150: $4.99.
Any optional services (for example, express options when offered) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
4. Customs and import fees
Shipments within the mainland United States generally do not incur customs or import duties. For deliveries outside the U.S., duties, taxes, or handling fees may be charged by local authorities. These amounts, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility and may affect delivery timelines. Please check potential charges with your local customs office before ordering.
5. Returns and cancellations
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately—once a parcel has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the return process will apply after delivery.
6. Address accuracy and delivery attempts
Verify your shipping details carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays, loss, or extra costs caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned after failed delivery attempts or due to an inaccurate address, it can be reshipped once new postage is confirmed.
7. Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking shows prolonged inactivity or your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier. If items arrive damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the affected products so we can assist promptly.
8. Split shipments
To deliver available items as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. Each parcel will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
