How We Ship Your Order
All orders placed before 5 p.m. MST are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your package leaves our facility, delivery takes an additional 3 to 6 business days. You can expect to receive your items within 6 to 11 business days from the time you place your order.
Where We Deliver
Wabi Sabi Decor ships to 72 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and throughout Europe. Austria, Belgium, and all other European nations are welcome destinations for our wabi-sabi collections.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is completely free on every order, regardless of purchase amount. There are no hidden fees or surcharges added at checkout—the price you see is the price you pay.
Carriers and Tracking
Your package may be shipped via USPS, DPD, DHL, or FedEx, depending on your location. We select the most reliable carrier for your destination to ensure safe and timely arrival.
You can track your shipment in real time at https://wabi-sabi-decor.com/apps/trackorder. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the United States, recipients may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes imposed by their country. These fees are determined by the destination country's regulations and are not collected by Wabi Sabi Decor. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Window and Process
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
We cover all return shipping costs. Whether your return is due to a defect, an error on our part, or a change of mind, there are no return fees or restocking charges.
