This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on wabi-sabi-decor.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Return window
You may request a return within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your parcel.
How to start a return
- Send an email to info@wabi-sabi-decor.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason.
- We will reply with a return authorization and step-by-step instructions (including a return form when applicable). Parcels sent without prior authorization may be refused.
- Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Eligibility conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product so we can assist quickly.
Non-returnable items
- Customized or made-to-order pieces (e.g., certain lighting, furniture, or items produced on demand).
- Gift cards and downloadable/digital content.
- Personal-use goods once opened (where applicable).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Final-sale or clearance items where noted on the product page.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item (after authorization) and place a new order for the desired product.

European Union “cooling-off” period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping guidance
