Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

What We Cover

We accept returns for any reason: manufacturing defects, order errors, or simply if you change your mind. There are no restocking fees or return shipping costs to you.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The credit will go back to your original payment method.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific product.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders ship free worldwide to over 72 countries, with no hidden fees. Shipping is included in the price you see at checkout. Processing takes 3 to 5 business days, and delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days after shipment. Please order by 5 p.m. MST for same-day processing.

Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties and taxes may apply. These are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Wabi Sabi Decor does not collect or pay these fees.
