Returned packages

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or other issues, we will email you with available options once the package is back in our possession. You may request a refund of the merchandise (original shipping fees are non-refundable) or ask for reshipment. Any reshipment will require confirmation and payment of the new postage.
