Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

Wabi Sabi Decor, operated by SAKU LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to this site to do the same. This policy explains what we own, what you may do with it, and how to report content you believe infringes your rights.

Our content

The Wabi Sabi Decor name, logo, site design, product photography, written descriptions and editorial content are owned by SAKU LLC or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use them commercially without our prior written permission.

You may share links to our pages and use short excerpts with clear attribution. That is welcome.

Product designs

Our range draws on the wabi-sabi aesthetic, a design tradition that belongs to no single company. Where a product carries a design protected by a third party, we source it from partners authorised to produce and sell it. We do not knowingly list counterfeit goods or unauthorised reproductions of protected designs.

Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)

If you own rights to material and believe it appears on this site without authorisation, send a written notice to info@wabi-sabi-decor.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on our site where the material appears, precise enough for us to locate it.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

What we do next

We acknowledge complete notices within 2 business days and remove or disable access to the material while we investigate. We then notify whoever supplied the material.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of, and end our relationships with, parties who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
