Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

This notice applies to residents of California and of other U.S. states whose privacy laws grant a right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including for purposes of targeted advertising.

What this means

Wabi Sabi Decor, operated by SAKU LLC, does not sell your personal information for money. However, like most online stores, we use advertising and analytics services that may receive identifiers such as cookie IDs or device information. Under certain state privacy laws, this activity can be considered a “sale” or a “share” of personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

How to opt out

You can exercise your right to opt out in either of the following ways.

By email. Send a request to info@wabi-sabi-decor.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”. Include the email address associated with your orders so that we can identify you. We do not require you to create an account to submit a request.

By phone. Call +1 307 302 5614, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (MST).

Through your browser. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser.

What happens next

We confirm receipt of your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how long it will take. Opting out is free, and we will never treat you differently for exercising this right.

Authorised agents

You may designate someone to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of that authorisation, and we may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us before acting on the request.

Other privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains these rights in full and how to exercise them.
